January 22, 2026: The Associated Press has obtained a secret internal DHS memo directing ICE officers to enter private residences without a warrant signed by a judge. This gross breach of constitutional rights, particularly the Fourth Amendment, further illustrates ICE’s lawlessness and the need for Noem’s immediate impeachment.
Kristi Noem’s tenure as the 8th Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has been characterized by gross incompetence, lies, corruption, and an enthusiastic embrace of fascist violence.
Under Noem’s leadership, ICE raids have terrorized communities, torn families apart, and resulted in multiple deaths. DHS has targeted and detained verified US citizens, in some cases deporting them without due process. ICE detainees have faced sexual assault, medical negligence, and other human rights abuses, and thousands of those detained have gone missing. Noem has directed the use of the US military against protestors and celebrated an ICE agent’s murder of Renee Good as “self defense” despite obvious video evidence of Good’s innocence.
Enough is enough. Noem is an unqualified sycophant with no understanding of basic legal principles and a dire threat to the safety of everyone living in the United States. Congress must stand up for truth and decency and immediately move to impeach Kristi Noem.
